    Told at any time...safer to stay long rather then get caught out without a position, IMO?

    Breaking out from Bollinger Bands at these levels.

    Also appears to be breaking out from downward trend if these levels hold...if so next test will be 15.5cps as it makes it way back to 20+cps?
