I am guessing that the strong share price support is on the back of improving retail conditions as per JBH's half yearly report.
Indicates that sales are holding up ok for electronic kit and thus DDR as the distributor/ wholesaler should enjoy some benefit along with the retailers.
I would also suspect that Apple's struggle to continue to dominate the world, especially in tablets should open the door for DDR suppliers to nibble away at a little market share which will obviously help too.
I note that DDR has relatively large debt levels in order to maintain flexibility in inventory management and work a very efficient working capital account for shareholders.
I am seeing better terms emerging for other businesses that are renewing debt packages (lower interest costs) as the cost of borrowing for Australian banks improves. This too will help DDR at the margins.
