it seems that the slr/igr merger is a done deal, just a matter of formalities now.

SAU will, IMO, continue business as usual until material developments come out of Bulong.
SAU is hardly worth taking over at the moment, although i think it would be wise of somebody else to take a large stake in the company now at these depressed share price levels.
Nothing ever happens fast with this company, and I think the shareprice will still be around these levels at the beginning of 2013.

I am more than happy to be proved wrong though.
