Well obviously it wasn't going to go anywhere back in April 2016.
The last year has seen some changes and progress made. Yeah it's slow but most of the MM stocks will get there.
MXC has definitely made improvements and progress as a company.
Go back to your cave with a box of tissues and hibernate for another 12 months.
