I do recall at the time EM conductor plates were run down these holes yet no modelling was published.
The Cangai mine,historically at such high levels of Cu mineralisation had a source and such a process would have identified the system at play.
Incompetence,some sweetheart deal behind closed doors?.I don't have the definative answer.
