    The colloquial term for the CSIRO in Canberra is the "Sheltered Workshop".This may be considered an insult to the "Special" people who work in such institutions.at least at the end of the day they have a pair of moccasions to show for a days labour.
    Look at the last Quarterly,welfare on a different Pay Scale.
