Archie... the VWAP is now drifting and has been for a couple of days. When it was being capped the VWAP was always within .1 of the required 3 cent mark. The good part about this cap raising is that Findlays wont get their hands on the shares.
My opinion is that you will see an announcement very soon that will announce the JV, the sign on fee of around $3.5 million and the cap raising for Consort buyout.
