    Im pretty sure it is still 1:1 initially, then for every 4.23 WDC shares held you will be offered the opportunity to purchase 1 WRT when they do the cap raising.
    you will be offered these shares at an 11 percent discount.

    can this please be confirmed or have i read it wrong.
