Hi pro,

I'm noob with options, never used them before but am thinking of trying a few small positions to get a little more understanding.
I you sell PUTS at $12.00 it doesn't really matter if it drops below this price as long as it is above $12.00 at expiry or shortly before if you want to close out the position early, is this correct?
I trade CFD's mainly but short pullbacks can sometimes take out a long positions just before large rallies which can be very frustrating, vice versa on the short side brief jumps followed by large falls are not uncommon.

Happy trading, not much to be excited about with this one lately so lets hope that changes soon.
