That's what I'm thinking also - although I've factored the rainy season and allowed for delays as well.
They've said it would only require ~$2m for the transport etc so that's a positive.
Either way, this is great for long term holders (1 year+). that's why I can see ST traders bailing at the sign on lack of "progress" (i.e. positive news announcement, which doesn't necessarily equate to no progress).
