There have been studies about Directors's transactions (Im too tired to google them so please feel free to do so). My understanding is that there is a postive correlation between a purchase by a Director with potential rising of share price. There appears to be no correlation or a lack of clear relationship bteween a sale by Director and falling share price.

I think this makes a common sense. No Director worth his salt would want to be tainted with selling out or even insider trading if a share price is falling. Of course, no one question his/her motives if price is rising!

I got in today at 7.6 cents so yes, I am an idiot!!
