hey bluerunner...pretty sure stocklust is referring to a different Mr D...I'm sure he will confirm this!!

This is the first time I have posted on this GDN site.

Was having a look here... because of the strategy which transformed WHN...

Take a company that is going no where... with lousy non-performing assess...and a hundred and one disgruntled shareholders

Then use this seriously under performing company as the shell for a reverse take-over by stealth.

I see a lot of similarities here
