IMO management was seeing the share price going too high, and had already been planning the share raising at current (or lower) level.

The share price at cap raising should be tied to some moving average, not one days end price.

Therefore, further announcements POST raising are in their better interest since that way there is less risk for the director and key shareholders, and they still get the money they need.

There last announcement said they will release further results over the coming weeks, that is in Sept and probably into October.

Long term the gold only gets brighter:)
