re: brokers reports Iluka seems to have achieved an excellent deal based on the MOU. It looks like APG carries all the risk of getting the SR plant running but Iluka can then benefit substantially from the then proven technology.

If APG's share price had continued falling then a capital raising to partially fund the SR plant would be difficult to say the least. This is a company that needs to do a private placement to raise $300k for running costs for heavens sake!

I have to say I was expecting APG to dwindle to nothing. Barring corporate activity I still do.
