re: brokers reports Reading the announcements about the APG/ILU memorandum of understanding it doesn't seem to me that Iluka have committed themselves to acquiring equity in APG or building a SR plant. If they want an exclusive license over the ERMS technology then they would need to do one of those things but if they are happy with a non-exclusive licence then they do not need to.

I agree wholeheartedly that the Directors have shown enormous stamina in trying to commercialise the technology. My concern is that they have had to give away too much now to keep the dream alive and the upside for shareholders is reducing.
