If the bulls can see past his bearish hyperbole, then they will see that well chosen properties will weather any storm.

If the bears can prevent getting carried away from his bearish message, they will see that prime properties in prime locations WILL NOT fall 50% in the space of two years into your outstretched arms. Not gonna happen.
