So basically more propping up needed to entice people in.Doesnt mean they'll make money on their investment though.Just ask the first homeowners from a few years back,and see what their property is worth now.Spoke to a friend who lives in the Goldcoast,and he says there's that many apartments there for sale,it's not funny.Nobody lining up at all.Keep straw clutching,if it makes you feel better.
