Something does not fit with the T/O assumption at least for the present.
If a T/O occurred apart from PC who else would benefit?
Would any Co want to keep the management -this management!-
or just get the product and assets and incorporate it in their business?
The management are looking to raise cash, i dont think they are after
a T/O which = get rid of ''their'' cash cow ''for them!'' business...
Personally i see it as too early for anyone to be interested in a TO
as it has some way to go yet and hard to assess if it would be a positive
or a negative result for the s/holders if happened at this point of time.
One good thing, it's not holding too bad and in a day like this.
