I don't see a TO as likely at present either.

If the CEO gets 4 million shares on change of control - big deal! At 20c, that's only $800k. You underestimate the greed these guys have. He wouldn't be chasing a mere $800k - he'll want several mill before he agrees to a TO.

But the way I see it, there is little point in selling out now, unless forced to. From here, the only way is up ... because there is no meaning difference between shares being worth "absolutely nothing" and "practically nothing".

Why people sell stocks that have dropped 80% and more is beyond me.
