The way I see it ..this announcement will create an eager global market by creating a strong sense of reliance and reference to this American commitment.
This leads to other marketing countries /efforts/colaborations feeling assured about their own commitment and the future of Som is looking strong...I think you could be right about ten cents in the medium short term if other announcements follow and demand pressure comes into pley....This should be a low overhead profitable business doing big numbers.
