Stoss, that bad debt thing looks like it was only a book entry. Several years ago there was a $500K bad debt provision made, from memory it related to a division that was sold a long time ago. All that has happened is that they have finally written off the bad debt against the provision.
Net affect is that it is neutral as far as the year's P & L is concerned.
