Having read the rules, which seem eminently sensible, I'm not sure that RDF does pass the fourth rule. Some of the massive price fluctuations in the RDF SP have been due to the thin trading volumes. 1 small sale or purchase sale can move the price significantly and there is often a significant gap between bid and offer as a result.
