You would have to say Xstrata has time on their side, so they will push this to the last possible moment.
Gives them time to prove up the resource and be able to budget the commodity price trend 12 months down the track, rather than at todays prices.
All for an additional cost of $10mil. Drop in a bucket in the scheme of things.
