I stand to be corrected, it was infact Issac Newton. My apologies.

You see a Genius can often see things that the rest of us cannot see. That's why I called te te te a genius.

Because logic tells us that the signing off of FERC will eventually lead to the announcement of tolling agreements being completed.

This will then basically signify that all systems are go.

The market will give this a big tick of approval and we should see a much higher share price to endorse this announcement.

Most people would see the story unfolding and be wanting to perhaps pick up a few cheapies before this news is confirmed.

Genius's however would take the other few and see this as a negative, and would therefore be recommending that this would be an ideal time to short the stock.

It's all very confusing but that's the way it is.

I am no genius and that's why I am picking up a few cheapies along the way.
