the only reason why you would seek to restructure BEPPA at present is if this was a necessary step towards raising fresh ordinary share equity. No point restructuring BEPPA just for the sake of it.
On a separate matter - does anyone here know whether there is any BBI available to borrow and where i might go to get some?
