sunco, that was a full week before the halt and 2 weeks before the placement hit the holding statements. While I agree the market frequently moves before announcements, that is a little too long for me to link the 2 events together. Happy to disagree as we will never know for sure why all those sellers sold on 28 Oct.

PS Looking back at the sequence of events:

The last tranche was announced on Mon 8 Nov, 3B on Fri 12, shares entered onto holdings on Thurs 11.

If we assume the same timeframe here, AGM/approval on Monday so shares entered onto holding statements today. Might explain the tick down and extra sellers if the assumption is correct.
