    Going Spanish for Chrissy day

Yeah, out of the blue a couple of weeks ago, a neighbour banged on the door .
He wanted an exchange ,for one fresh WA rock lobster , one egg.
True folks, been nioce has its advantages.

Any how I said to Mrs Raider, we will go hard on a seafood paella.
I have been threatening this for several years , and this piece of serendipity couldn't go unquenched..
We are lucky over here in WA, plenty of fresh seafood to run with, but what to drink with it.

I'm trying to track down some Manzanilla ( maysana ), apologies if my accent is off.

I have the Bomba rice, from the boatshed.

As our kids and grandkids have their chriissy day, with their other side of families , it our turn on boxing day, it will just be me and Mrs Raider, but I will make sure there's plenty left over, on a " just in case basis", some people rock up or for a midnight raid on the fridge.
