    the math is simple

    LPL at 40c (current price), means market cap is: 28.3M fully diluted
    subtract the cash on hand of: $4.5M

    and then using OPL's own valuation of the Forbes project between $300M - $350M......

    you can figure that LPL is way way way undervalued.
