You're right, the volumes this week have moved from moderate up to substantial. It still looks to me like a large buyer after a substantial stake, without much sign of day trader excitement. If it's a new investor, we might see a 5% notice (8 million shares) at some point soon.

A takeover offer is always a possibility, but I'd be happy with another partnership deal or two, preferably withnew partners.

I notice smb1 that you're also a long-term holder of both ACL and ACR. I was expecting ACL to take off rather than ACR, but I'm not complaining.
