watso attended the meeting, and he is practising the art of questioning directors. too many people go to meetings and say nothing and simply accept the SPIN that the directors cough up - after all, they get their salaries, which are usually to high for what they do. if more people had something to say about the performance of directors, then that might rub of - ever so slightly. i think that generally, shareholders are treated as nothing more than mugs. of course if the company is doing well, then shareholders have no need to complain
