agree, we need a positive outcome to say the least from the court hearing, to get this really moving.

The court thing, really, has only shown up in the last month.

the real reason for the collapsed sp has been the delays to tenament renewals.

I suspect, then that the real interest of late is coupled, to the fact that if they settle this thing, the renewals are requested by the coy, to the minister of mines, in the same court meeting, to advance their renewal to top of pile.

I would have thought, as a punter, if the court thing had any weight behind of considered detriment, that we would be getting shunned completely, and further that we would have been sold down to nothing.

The opposite has occured, and one can only view it, as being the catylst that the company has been waiting for to get the renewals issued. Thats my conspiracy theory again, of course.
