    just raised $13m with major off shore funds at 65c...the stock goes quiet and then bamo
    its about to take place again IMO, just when it looks set to fall, the buyers will hoover this thing up back to 68-70c and any other short term weakness is a buy signal IMO..the stock hit near new highs after they announced the placement, so get ready. research or leave this alone.
