5. Guessing if batteries are made in Australia then cars shipped maybe cheaper to import - add battery pack locally
6. Provide new industry for point 5, and recycling old
7. If don't start NOW, someone else (may OS company) might just might do it before MNS does!!

please note the delay in townsville is due to govt permit delays, nothing to do with MNS atm. the priority just isnt there by govts to get the townsville technology hub up and going where mns wants to build their battery factory. another issue is mns cannot do anymore planning until they know what they are allowed to do at the technology hub in townsville etc. imo
