With regards to Uranium stocks, I've watched the basic principles that PDN has set out. These principles where;

1. Find a resource.
2. Make it JORC compliant
3. Establish a guideline with the country/government to allow exportation of Uranium.
4. Sign up with major government players to lock in sales contracts with hedged/unhedged terms.
5. Come up with an overview to production requirements and CAPEX spend.
6. Raise capital to build production facility.
7. Build facility
8. Produce -


Langer Heinrich (PDN) started way back in 2003 - it was 0.02 per share. Now its worth around $6.50 per share.

OMC will take a year or so to build the facility, in 2008 when the spot price for Uranium is around the $US 100/lbs mark...

Get on board. Its not rocket science, but the stuff being sold will certainly rocket.
