I reckon, from what I have read so far, management have been doing the right things and asset disposals received satisfactory proceeds under the current environment.
Dividend suspension was most probably voluntary rather than under the influence of its banks. VPG will certainly be better positioned to weather the current downturn and will re-emerge even stronger after this recession.
Current indicative price of 0.95c (though may change just before market opens) in a day like this (dow down over 2%) suggest that there are still interest in it.
