I doubt this will finish hard. Until an announcement is released this stock will be pushed around by traders. This is a very volatile stock due to an expected announcement which is well overdue. Those who got caught by Mr Greedy when the SP shot up and did not bail on the expectation that the SP will hold are clearly worried. Long term investors on the large are not phased all that much simply because they are long term investors. Short term investors don't care because they're in and out within a day and don't keep their money locked in to this stock. If one invested with the mindset that I'll keep it in for another day expecting it to hold have been caught out very quickly. However my personal view is that if you have been caught out just wait a little because it will rally again on hype, as history shows.
