    hey trendtrading, when I spoke to the company last they had no intention of doing a placement at these levels as they didnt want to dilute the stock, they want to do an aquisiton first & then do a placement at a higher price, there funds are enough to see them through there first stage of exploration at Bangemall so money not needed atm
