He may simply be putting any annmnt off until theyve cleared the 3 week obligatory buffer for directors not to be seen as insider trading.
My bet is the offtakes are imminent.These dont really depend on the zinc price anyway as they are more a contract to confirm quantity of concentrate to be supplied.These quantities may not have been bedded down until recently so the last two offtakes may not have been able to be finalised until now.
If the case the ship may have done all its leaking back on the last big volume day which sort of aligns when BC was OS.
Oh well we can dream as we pump that bilge pump lever cant we!
