Well, they've missed the boat even if Perth time was meant by their earlier statement: "It is expected . . . that Monitor will recommence trading on or before 4 January 2010."
OK, so 'expected' does not mean 'will', but some announcement about delay should have been made by now.
Right from the start, MHL have been cavalier about letting shareholders know when they could expect to be able to trade their shares.
