going to melbourne for 3 days

going down to Melbourne on thursday morning for 3 days with my two daughters, could someone on this forum please suggest

Good place for coffee and cakes around collins street

Middle of the range place to have dinner.

We are going to see Tutankhamun at around 7.30 pm on thursday night so would like to have a meal before going ,so any suggestions would be welcome.

Where is the best place for shopping.

We are staying at the Grand Hyatt, so I am hoping this is central, as I have not been to Melbourne before.

P.s. my daughters are 21 and 17 so need to cater for them with dining.
