Why didn't Forge go to RIO and tell them the Power Station contract was unjust and poorly specified and simply not incur the additional completion expense that ultimately sunk them.
Sure they would have got into a protracted legal dispute but it would have bought them a couple of valuable years to sort their finances out and maybe have a cap raising.
What a disgrace this whole thing is, I feel very sorry for all those who lost money and as for the know-it-alls telling shareholders they should have seen it coming - you are pathetic.
