All that selling and yet the bid side is really well stacked in the low 2s.
Looks to me like a concerted attempt was underway to entice sellers into filling those lowball bids by selling a few every now and then.
A bit of buying of the offer side should see those bids competing for stock, if they are not all from the same person.
