Few questions here:

1) How much are Arden receiving in fees for their advice on this topic?
2) If directors are confident of bringing CFU to profitable and long term viability status, why are they not waiving their fees in return for a longer term performance bonus when CFU has the free cash? (this could be voted on at EGM I believe)
3) Who are the 'institutional investors' who are purchasing the notes? More importantly, is there any relationship between these 'institutional investors' with either CFU or any of its officers or employees? (answer to second part of this question could be very telling!)
