As pointed out by Bernard in post 9309269, why does the company not start taking deposits or demanding cash up front with orders placed and continues to only book revenue when the customer takes delivery?
If I put solar panels on my roof or put in an in-ground pool the company providing those big ticket items is going to want some cash up front if not all of it.
Is there any wonder cashflow is tight?
