Well if the offers do start coming,it is to be expected that ganfeng will be one of them and in that case Galan director Ramond LIu should be excluded from all board discussions relating to takeover offers as he is very closely connected to Ganfeng and in fact buys shares in galan
on behalf of Ganfeng.THE LAST THING WE NEED IS A GALAN DIRECTOR TELLING GANFENG WHAT OTHERS ARE OFFERING.
