You would think a takeover offer of 600m USD would be disclosed to share holders. Reason being, it would increase the value of the company and for its shareholders. Then CR would be dramatically lower in additional liquidity. As for 1.5billion. I would take that tomorrow. I know potential for long term is much higher value.
My question to you is 600m USD a take over for HMW, or GLN as a whole. We still have drilling to do in Greenbushes. If we have good lithium assays from Greenbushes, plus nearly 1 billion AUD in capital, I reckon we would be in a pretty good position.
Hopefully something does come our way soon, we haven't had much in the way in announcements recently. I think we are due for something soon. Might not be a takeover, hell, never let the truth get in the way of a good story anyway.
