Brantley in my view -not that i think he is likely to share this with you- i would be asking MH how precisely did he come to acquire Taylor Ranch? what was the rationale?
...i have my own views on what probably has happened because of my own independent sources operating in the area..and by the way the whole place is teeming with in particular Canadian companies - there is a massive land grab going on..moose pasture aplenty...i caution all to recall past booms from Tulips to gold rushes ....
Folks need to get familiar with the 1872 Mining Act and perhaps seek independent counsel from attorneys who specialize in these matters...also go to Edgar /SEC site
start doing some digging....the internet and search are your there to be used diligently- baring witness is excellent if you can afford the time and have the resources..caveat emptor!!
