Yes, there is significant potential for PYC Phylomers to deliver siRNA packages.
If you can deliver siRNA, you also might be able to deliver DNA plasmids or hairpins. Benetic uses a viral vector to load DNA Directed RNA (ddRNA) - but PYC might also have a solution.
Targetted siRNA delivery is the big issue that people are looking to solve. (The past worries about gene therapy and siRNA design seem to have been overcome - as far as investors are concerned, at least).
