Hmmmm Arrowhead moved to raise $100M last night could they be looking to make a low ball offer for PYC ?
That's the problem when large amounts of stock go out at rock bottom prices - it would provide a very attractive offer to Hockings even at todays close doubling his investment with the 200M'ish shares and an average around $0.0134 in such a short period.
I doubt they're raising enough to lift any offer much but as soon as you say double current price it would be hard to not take a return in Hockings shoes effectively tripling that investment in a matter of weeks.
Stretching a long speculative bow but just thought i'd put it out there considering ARWR has already locked in endosomal escape & that small closing sentence after moving for $100M last night. If they where thinking of making a move Hocking would be the first person they'd go see.
