They are probably men of straw with any assets tucked away in superfunds, trusts, and family members names. Rod has never bought any shares in SFG. The lawyers will get their fees. By the time the liquidators get to it will be an empty shell. Canstruct can fund the liquidators to pursue Trahar, but he will probably string it out until his dead, with his estate offering a token payment.
